Connectivity from the people who already run your network.
Full fibre, SoGEA, leased lines and business mobile from the carriers that actually serve your building, supplied and supported by the engineers who know your firewall, your Wi-Fi and what happens to your phones if the line drops. One number to call when it goes wrong, and it is ours.
Who this is for
Businesses that have had enough of a broadband fault being their problem to chase, or that are moving office, opening a second site or outgrowing a consumer-grade line. Also anyone whose phones now run over the internet and who has realised the connection is the phone system.
What is included
The right line for the building
We check what every carrier can deliver to your postcode: full fibre (FTTP) where it exists, SoGEA where it does not, and a leased line where the business cannot afford to be down. Real options and real install times, not the one product a provider happens to sell.
Leased lines with a service level
Dedicated, symmetrical bandwidth with a guaranteed fix time from the carrier, and where it matters, a second route on a different network so the office stays up when a digger goes through the cable.
Business mobile
SIMs and handsets on the major UK networks, pooled data so one heavy user does not run up a bill, and management through Intune so a lost phone is a wiped phone.
Installation managed
We book the carrier engineer, tell you what needs to be ready on the day, and make sure the router, firewall and Wi-Fi are configured before the line goes live, so switching over takes minutes.
Faults chased by us
When a line fails you call us. We raise the fault with the carrier, chase it, and keep you updated. You never sit on hold with Openreach.
4G and 5G backup
A mobile-data failover on the firewall so that card machines, phones and email keep working while a fault is fixed.
What is not included, and why
- Carrier delays and construction. Installation dates are the carrier's estimates. If the carrier needs new ducting or a pole, it quotes excess construction charges and you decide whether to proceed. We tell you as soon as we know.
- Missed engineer visits. If a carrier engineer arrives and cannot get in, or the site is not ready, the carrier's abortive visit charge is passed on at cost plus the administration fee on your quotation. We will remind you the day before so it does not happen.
- Usage beyond the plan. Calls, data and roaming outside the allowance are billed at the rates on your quotation; the carrier's fair use policy applies. Pooled data and alerts keep this rare.
What it costs
Priced per line and per SIM on the carrier's contract term, which is stated on the quotation. Broadband and mobile prices depend on the building, the carrier and the allowance; leased lines depend on speed and location. Prices are available on request: get in touch or book a call and we will check what serves your postcode and quote. Installation is quoted up front with the carrier's estimated date.
How it starts
- 1Free IT Health CheckA short online check that benchmarks your security and business risk and tells you where you stand.
- 2Discovery callAn engineer, not a salesperson. What you have, what is broken, what it would cost to fix, in writing.
- 3OnboardingEverything moves across on a plan, with no gap in cover and nothing lost.
Questions people ask before signing
Why buy broadband through an IT company rather than direct?
Because when it breaks, the fault is rarely just the line. Whoever you buy from, the carrier will blame the router and the router supplier will blame the line. When we supply both, there is nobody to pass you to: we own the fault end to end. We also check the whole building's options rather than the one product a carrier sells.
What is SoGEA?
Broadband over the copper phone line without a phone service on it. It is what replaces standard FTTC broadband now that the old analogue phone network is being switched off, for buildings where full fibre is not yet available.
Do we need a leased line?
If an hour without internet costs you real money, or your phones, card payments and line-of-business systems all run over it, probably yes. A leased line gives dedicated bandwidth and a guaranteed fix time. If you can work from phones for a morning, business full fibre with a 4G backup is usually enough and much cheaper.
Can you move our existing numbers and lines?
Yes. Broadband migrations and number porting are handled by us with the carriers; you sign an authority and we do the rest. Timings depend on the losing provider, and we plan the switch so nothing goes off before the new service is on.
What happens when the line goes down?
You call our helpdesk, we check the line and your equipment, raise the fault with the carrier if it is theirs, and chase it to resolution. If you have 4G or 5G failover, the office keeps working meanwhile.
Which carriers do you use?
Openreach, BT Wholesale, TalkTalk, Sky Business, CityFibre, Virgin Media Business and Vodafone among others, some through Giacom, our distributor. We pick by what serves the building and how the carrier performs on faults, not by margin.
